Talking Future fun car for student.

Hi. I am a young naive student who is starting to plan ahead for his eventual next car, I currently Own a 1984 Alfa Romeo GTV6.

As much as I believe this car was meant for me I know I can't keep it forever, I will eventually have to move out and I can't keep this car outside... It truely breaks my heart.

But I must go on, so here is a little list I have made:

(As you might notice theses are not cars that will be winter driven, Because here in Quebec, Canada winters are far too crual for nice cars.)

The car might undergo light modifications or improvements

Estimated budget: 18 000 $CAD

List:

1: Fiat Abath 500

2: Volkswagen Golf GTI 16v, Mk2, Mk3

3: Volkswagen Corrado VR6 or G60

4: Mini Cooper Classic, R56 (No N14 engine), R53 (2005-2006 Facelift.)

5: Mercedes-Benz W202 C43 AMG (Wagon or sedan)

6: Toyota Celica GT-Four (WRC Edition if lucky)

7: Toyota MR-S/MR2 - Spyder (2zz Engine Swap)

8: A Friggin Toyota corolla/Levin/Trueno AE86 (20v 4AGE Swap)

9: Alfa Romeo Milano/75 (2.5L or 3.0)

10: Become one of them dudes with a NA Miata... (no offence)

11: Nissan Fairlady Z31 300zx.

12: Mercedes-Benz W202 C36 AMG (Wagon or Sedan)

13: Toyota Mr2 SW20 or MR2 AW11 S/C

14: Volkswagen Golf R32 Mk4

15: BMW E28 535i - STANDARD TRANSMISSION

16: BMW E23 745i,735i - STANDARD TRANSMISSION

17: BMW E32 745i,735i - STANDARD TRANSMISSION (Getting risky)

18: BMW 2002 - Turbo 1, Turbo II

19: Mercedes-Benz W210 E55 AMG ( Risky sentimental pick)

20 : Good ol' Saab 900 Turbo

21: Volkswagen Scirocco Mk1

22: Ford Fiesta ST (???)

23: Audi 90 Quattro (20v???)

24: Audi UR Quattro Turbo

25: Ford Taurus SHO - W/ STANDARD TRANSMISSION

26: Volkswagen Golf GTI MK6

27: BMW Z3 Coupe (If Lucky)

Please, tell me if you have more suggestions, also tell me why I shouldn't buy this certain model and which years to avoid and etc... I am not much of a wrench but i don't mind classic cars.
