I am no Subaru specialist, so it may be a stupid question : are the differences between the 99 and 2000 Impreza so important that you prefered to release a complete body rather than, say, an engine hood and a bumper ? I mean, the price could have been quite lower
For the Belgian version, sure I won't complain
but I guess the factory version (Richard Burns' favorite car for sure) would have been better received
