Exclamation 2005 Town & Country Transmission Problem

I have a 2005 Chrysler Town & Country 3.8L (129K Miles). I was driving down the highway today and the front end made a grumbling noise and the car seemed to go out of gear (High revs while slowing down). I stopped, shut the car off, turned it back on and the car would move slowly forward but did not have any reverse or high end gears. The check engine light had also come on.

After getting the car towed home, I got an OBD code reader and the following codes were read:
Code 1: P0700 - Transmission Control Sys Malfunction
Code 2: P0732 - Gear 2 ratio incorrect

Because I had not had any issues with the transmission previously, my thought is this is an issue with the Transmission Control Solenoid but that is just a hunch.

Does anyone have any thoughts on what the issue is along with recommendations to get resolved?

Thanks,
-Ken
