Thanks for your reply and concern. We use the HF 35C High Frequency Analyzer. The readings were over 1,000 microwatts/meter squared which is well over the building biologist recommended levels of staying below 1 microwatt/meter squared. It is the same analyzer in this short video.

This person was easily able to disable his Bluetooth manually, but it seems that our Toyota model does not have this option.
No, it is not an exhaust leak. We are familiar with that smell which can also be troublesome like you mentioned. Thanks for that idea.
