Greetings all!
I had a '97 Lincoln Towncar Signature, which someone totaled. All front passenger damage. Luckily, no passenger. I had JUST replaced the rear air suspension bags 3 months before this happened.
Today, I purchased a '00 Mercury Grand Marquis LS. Only 66k miles, original owner was a very old man who rarely drove and he kept EVERY service receipt from dealership since he bought it. I plan on replacing the intake manifold by taking the one out of the towncar (because a year ago the lincoln's broke and I replaced it with the new aluminum one, which I know should go into this one before it decides to blow too)
However, I noticed the ride is, of course, not as smooth. This is a big thing for me because I've got some pretty severe back problems so every little bump adds up quickly. Can I have the air suspension system currently on the Lincoln replace the rear suspension system of the Grand Marquis? Thanks for your help!
