I have a 1992 Cadillac DeVille 4.9L, 204,000mi.
Will idle for hours but stalls when put into drive.
Battery good.
Alternator tested good.
New wires and plugs
My grandfather had engine overhauled or something due to head issues, before I owned it.
New power steering pump, 155,000.
New AC blower motor 160,000.
New keyed ignition 175,000.
New engine ignition 175,000.
New radiator 175,000.
New water pump 175,000.
New fuel pump about 175,000 (had a few of them prior)
New rear air ride 180,000.
New AC compressor 185,000 won't charge more than about 1.5psi.
(I had used Tunex on Redwood Rd, SLC, UT and think they ripped me off on all the repairs around 175,000mi (guesstimate) after a random no start. Every time I picked it up I immediately had a new problem, including a small dent and crack in the top of the fuel tank after they replaced the fuel pump.)
AC only blows from floor vents or defrost, told it may be Climate Control Module $190 no returns.
Driver seat worn out.
Arm rests cracked badly.
Power antenna broke.
People stole wheel center caps.
Otherwise ran great.
**jAny thoughts on the stalling issue?
