The brake lights on constantly could be the BOO switch (brake on off). It is located on the brake pedal down below. They are known switches that when they go bad, the brake lights remain on even after shut off and w/o producing a code.
Driver wheel, look at axle half shaft, boot may be ripped causing axle deterioration. Or jack left side and check wheel bearing for any play.
