No, I can't go!
Aside from the cost of going and taking the time off, I have to be here anyway. We're converting to new software over the next 6 weeks and since this is software that is for me and going on my computer, I really need to be there for the installation, data transfers, entry, training, and final end of quarter conversion. To make things really interesting, my boss is going to be gone the week after this goes active, so I really need to know how everything works.
I would be going with you guys ont he 15th, but I bought Mariner's tickets two months ago for the game that Saturday and I'm taking a friend of mine, so I better go. If it weren't for the fact that I had to buy the tickets 3 months in advance to even get them and the fact that I'm going with a friend I'd probably ditch. Funny thing, my company is having a golf tournament that Saturday too and I had to say no to that. Why did everyone plan things for that weekend?
