my favorite way is still getting aluminum tubing from the hobbyshop. they have a bunch of sizes so all you do it buy the size you like best for the canister, then buy one size down for the tips, the smaller tube will fit inside the larger one and they look EXACTLY like say the APEX'I N1 style exhausts. a little glue inside to hold the tip in there and your good to go, its cheap and you can make plenty of exhausts from the length of tubing they sell. eventually I will be posting some pics of my cabon fiber N1 style exhausts.. stay tuned!
