No, Chrysler use two different turbos. The early Turbo I cars used a Garrett T03 while later Turbo I cars used a Mitsubishi TE04H. You can find them easily as Chrysler pretty much turbo charged everything back then. All you need to do is find ANY FWD turbo Chrysler with the early Turbo I and the turbo will bolt right up. Hell, you could get the T03 out of a turbo II was well.
