Done a little work on a water hose with clips added.
I got the shape on the hose by inserting brass wire in to the Tamiya wire, cutting it short so the ends were still hollow to allow easy fitting.
I manage to find the self adhesive aluminium tape I had to make the bands for the clip. Much easier than glueing foil from a wine bottle!
The screw on the clip is a small piece of solder. Placing this was easy once I got the right technique. Cut the pointy end off a cocktail stick. Put a dab of glue on the silver band with a cocktail stick using the pointy end, lick the cut end of the stick and use that end to pick up the tiny piece of solder wire and place on the glue.
