These are the "Bonus Sponsor Decals," of which I've never heard of any...
They are on the decal sheet in pairs in silver, white and yellow...

Aoshima makes
Nismo LM-GT1 wheels that would work well for your
400R project. Don't know if anyone sells 'em near you though...
