I agree with the previous poster that the Spur is 4" longer. You can see it in the length of the rear door. The entire difference is in the passenger compartment. This is eaten up if the car has a factory division.

I'm not sure that I'd consider a 1986 for a daily driver. There was a huge electronics improvement in 1987 1/2. These are called 20,000 series due to the serial number. As far as looking at a used example? Two words, Maintenance Records! Get the records and call the provider. Compare the maintenance done to date versus what the records show. You'll pay the difference, but only if you're lucky!
