I painted the dash, black slightly diluted under high pressure so as to obtain a slightly rough surface. After I applied the decals and above the decals I applied DR. TOFFANO SYNTHAGLASS. This is a resin like glass.

In the pics you can see the dash at the top with synthaglass, the bottom one without... for me it's great effect
