that is simple first you will have to pull up the plastic pannel that runs across the back end on the floor then you need to pull the back pillar panel then once they are off unscrew the plastic knob the cargo net hung by once you have done this you can now lift the side pannel off just an fyi all these panels are held in place by clips so they should come off rather easy . and if you want a oem direct replacement speaker i have one in good shape i also have the bose version too if interested let me know
