Hi,
Vibration is usually caused by an out of balance or defective tire, a bent wheel or a worn driveline U-joint. You may find that the car shakes the car in an up and down motion.
You may feel vibration through the seat, the steering wheel or even in the brake pedal and the bubbling indicates rising air pressure in the cooling system, which is a sign that the flow of liquid is blocked by a pocket of air.
One of the most common causes is a blown head gasket, in which the air pressure inside the cylinder heads is transferred to the cooling system.
If you have this problem, I would drive to the workshop in your place.
