1997 GM 3.8L Factory Manual specs wrong?

Unbelievable but....

Prepping to replace LIM gasket and Upper plenum and gasket on 1997 Buick LeSabre due to coolant ingesting into engine. I think I've caught it early so we're ok but ordered the GM factory manuals off ebay. These Are NOT Haynes, Chilton or on DVD but appear to be authentic GM manuals very thick in 2 volumes with
"D. Hamilton Chevy-Olds in Redmond Oregon" stamped on the side so have no reason to believe they are not authentic. I also have two very thick GM manuals for a 1997 Chevy C1500 that are of the same format and look identical in layout so again the GM H body manuals seem legit.

Was reading fastener torque specs and LIM show 89in lb = 7.4 ft lb and upper intake shows 11 ft.lb.( I'm looking at it right now) This makes no sense. Every one online indicates the torque specs are
LIM = 11 ft lb
UIM = 7 ft lb.

Guess the factory manual got it wrong. Gaaad! Come on guys!!

1. Any confirmation on correct specs?
2. Manual calls for threadlocker and online guys call for PTFE thread sealer
3. Any advice on RockAuto Dorman vs ADP upper manifold
4. Confirmation of Aluminum frame LIM gaskets preferred over plastic
5. Someone suggested just buy the 2nd version gaskets WITH alignment pin and just cut the pin off if not needed. Otherwise have to pull manifolds, check which version, then order and leave stuff apart for a week while new parts are shipped.

Thanks
