I have a '96 windstar.
My filter is ROUND.
If your filter is flat...you may have the '95 filter.
My upper intake manifold is large black plastic
The '95 has an aluminum upper intake manifold...from the pictures that I remember seeing.
The intake manifold was major redesign from '95 to 96.
