That's the only thing I can think of. Rub it on the tyres to make em stickier.
Lighter fluid is fantastic for destroying paint. For that matter, it will soften plastic too.
Urethane or 2K might or might not stand up to it if occasionally splashed, but I wouldn't really care to try.
