I seriously doubt you'll be able to get that done by anyone who plays by the rules. You may just be trying to convert your gauge cluster, but most places have a no odometer replacement under any circumstances policy out of paranoia. People used to use the same type of excuses to commit odometer fraud, for the most part the industry has caught on and taken drastic measures to stop it happening. The type of shop that would do that for you would be one of those shady, greasy places that you would have to be pretty dumb to trust with your car.
