I know exactly what you are going through... Seems as though 1995.5 is also a headache. Motor is a tad different from 1995 causing some hard times matching parts up - especially when sales people insist on me calling it either a 1995 or a 1996.
Replaced the brake pads last summer - made it in 20 minutes before closing, but there was no 95.5 and part #'s differed from 95-96; ended up buying both sets of brake pads and returning the ones that didn't fit...
