The SVS light indicates theirs something wrong , probly the Zones scanner wasnt able to read the code.
The BCM can only be checked by at stealership.
Also did you open up the rear tail light housing?
Did you notice any rust or corrosion?
They are known to get wet and corrode and short things out, which will throw a svs light and a code.

checked fuse box under hood, everything was fine.
the dealership wants frickin $90 to check the BCM and just tell me whats wrong, would like to NOT go that route. opened up the rear tail light housing, all bulbs were good and nothing looked corroded.
What would cause all three malfunctions (fog lights, gauges, and tail lights)?
