Does anyone else have this problem 06 a

[COLOR=blue! important][COLOR=blue! important]drivers [COLOR=blue! important]side[/color][/color][/color] it goes away if you make a right turn it does not change with braking i think it might be the bearing but does not have the symptoms grinding , low hum of a faulty bearing i have checked the front end the
[COLOR=blue! important][COLOR=blue! important]brakes[/color][/color] i have replaced front brake pads i notice the front rotors on the indside have a little bit of rust build up i dont know if that would cause noise i just dont know what else to do any help would be greatly appercated
