I don't think its a lack of interest (we all need parts) I think its that you've covered the majority of sources. But heres one to add for used parts
http://car-part.com/ it will let you search by state or region and give you an idea whats out there. Naturally they only catalog the larger parts so tirm parts and small stuff probably won't be listed.
