99 frontier o2 sensors

My 99 Frontier (3.3V6, Std Shft,4x4) started giving me a re-occuring Check engine light, which comes in on my OBD as:
"O2 Sensor Heater, Circuit Bank 1, Sensor 2"
Since this points to a specific device, I'd think its not a fuse.

I would like to id just where this is physically located, as there appears to be 4 O2 sensors on this truck when I look them up.
At about $50 a piece, I'm not into just parts hanging till it goes away. I see no info in my Haynes, (not unexpected, since the book stinks)
Some of the sensors are easy, in view, and some are buried deep and UN-accessable.

Looking at a parts listing for this model, (Rockauto) shows "Upstream, right. Downstream left. etc, for O2 sensors, which is NOT real helpful either. For example, is right looking AT the vehicle or sitting IN the vehicle? AND, I'd "assume" upstream is twords the air-intake, and downstream twords the muffler. (But it's foreign, metric, and who knows)(Thats why I ask you fine folks) First time Ive seen multiple, powered O2 sensors as well.

Hope one of you fine ppl can help me decipher this. I'd like to fix this b4 the snow flies.
