I don't know if there is a bleed valve on the Rodeo, but burping the system is easy on any car without a bleeder. I've only owned one vehicle with a bleeder and if you ask me, its almost useless anyway.

You need to take the rad cap off and start the vehicle. SAFELY reach in and grab the lower radiator hose and squeeze it a few times, then watch the coolant level. It may take a few minutes but as the air pockets work out the level will start to drop.
