Re: Monogram Aston Martin DB4 (1/25)

The kit first saw life with Aurora around '65 as part of a series of sports cars which for their day were very nicely detailed. It was reworked and issued a few years later as the Super Spy Car, aka Bond (Airfix held the model licence for James Bond). When Aurora went down Monogram got this among many other molds. It's been reissued at least a couple of times since then and I think it's about time Revell brought that sports car series back out.

I tried building the kit as a custom back in my teen years but never finished it but do have one of the reissued ones in the stash for sometime in the future. Also built the Maserati 3500 in that series and still have it on a back shelf. They were great models for their day and are still kits worthy of being built.
