I don't know were to start. My 96 aurora (my baby) I have replaced the alternator, egr valve, water pump, radiator. I have invested alot of money in this car. Sounds like a simple grounding issue somewhere. I would check make sure the grounds in those areas are ok, Where they are I have no idea.
