So I'm selling my car, and a prospective buyer texts me and asks if I will send them a report from
www.dmvvinreport.com. I've never heard of that site and it doesn't come up in a Google search either. Doesn't seem legit to me. I could see it being a scam where they act like a prospective buyer and lead folks to this site and collect $25 for a bogus report. Since I asked him if I could do carfax instead he hasn't responded. Anyone heard of that site?
