'89 K1500 starts cold or hot, not warm

Truck will start if dead cold or if just shut off (like at gas station) but not if it has sat an hour or so. If started cold and left to idle, it dies when it get up to around 190 degrees. Codes 15, 32, 43.

Question: Should the FPR hold pressure? It will pressure up to about 12psi on key turn and then immediately backs down to about 2. Entirely new FPR does same, but thought I read it should hold pressure at least 15 minutes.

Evidence seems to point to ESC (Code 32) or TPS because temp can change how these work. Does the TPS get its instructions from the ECM? Should I be looking at the ECM? Parts place can't test it, so it would be a complete stab in the dark if I changed that. Are there other sensors that are temp-dependent that I should look at (and can be tested)? Could this actually go back to a vacuum issue?

Specs: '89 K1500 w/350(TBI)
