Hi, I have a '98 Camry with the exact problem. It just started about 6 weeks ago and happens at every station I go to. Sometimes the station attendant will turn the pump handel upside down. It works better. I live in NJ where they use a recovery type of nozzle. I called the Toyota dealer and they want me to bring it in. I'm going to try and see if the overflow tube is clogged.
