The problem with Dirt Bike tires is they are generally purpose designed. Hard pack, soft, intermediate, etc. It's hard to pick just one tire. Of course that will depend on where you live. Where I live we have mud, sand, hard pack, and rocks. That makes it real hard to choose a tire. I run Dunlop's on my bike, have always had good luck with Dunlops. I run an intermediate because I can't afford to have multiple sets of tires for the varying terrain.
