if manual hvac; has a blower motor resisitor located at the bottom of the hvac assembly. remove the lower cover/insulator panel in the passenger footwell and its behind the blower motor near the firewall.
if auto hvac; blower speed is controled by a blower motor control processor...located in the same place as the resistor would be.
