Your clutch disk was making all that smoke. It definately took some life out of your clutch but otherwise you would notice no changes. If you plan to continue using your truck like this, at the point you install a new clutch, add a heavier flywheel and a clutch with greater clamping force/friction capability like Centerforce's Dual Friction. I have had great success with this setup.
