What is the noise in this video? happens while braking.

Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rektI7xlZoE

I took my car to 2 places (a local auto garage & Midas) and both reported no issues with my brakes or my calipers, yet this sound is always there. At 1st it was only in hot dry conditions and only at the end of the brake pedal press. Now, if brake is slightly pressed and car is rolling, this noise turns into clicking (like cards in spokes).

Other issues I'm facing from that side is that my frontal left wheel feels real loose when I go over bumps. It sends out this vibration that I can feel all the way to the steering wheel. I can also feel every little shake crawling up from that side to my pedals.

I've gone over bumps with every other wheel but it's only my frontal left wheel that makes that noise and feels loose on bumps.

Also, both the garages and I have checked the control arm + ball joints, those seem to be okay.

Car is Nissan Sentra GXE 2002.
