Well I live in Kentucky and I called the police myself and asked about underglow lights on vehicles and they told me that it's ok as long it's not blue,red, and yellow. All emergency colors and no flashing. I have lights on mine and I pass cops all the time and they don't pull me over for them or anyone else that I see.
