Also Make sure tank unit is getting good ground.
Also check the wiring plugin at the transmission cross member.
I have had a lot of problems with plugin wiring and on some have had to rewire around the plugin.

Thanks for the input, When commanded to full it goes up to half tank . I thing the stepper motor in the cluster is bad . I have checked all wiring ?
