Believe it or not there never was any intention by Renault to make even a prototype Twingo V10. I happen to remember that when Renault first showed to the World the Twingo back in 1993 they also had a 1:10 (or thereabouts) scale model of a Twingo V10 on the same stage
just for the hell of it! . To quote Autocar it was ''just for laughs''! So this explains why people have only seen scale models of it or read about it but no one has ever seen a picture of a full car even at prototype stage. Renault have a sense of humour that's all! It was never intended for production...just as most 1:1 prototypes we see at shows aren't..
