First try inflating the tires. Do this carefully as the rubber is old and there might be an explosion. Inflate just enough to get the vehicle to move. Then trailer it to where you are going to work on it and deal with the tires then.
New tires? These are likely tubetype tires and there aren't many people around who can deal with that - certainly not the average tire shop! The tire size is going to be unfamiliar to most folks but I have a webpage to help you:

I suggest you join an online website devoted to this car. They likely have had all the problems you are going to encounter - including tires and wheels!
