My photos are back too but I've also received an email to say to keep third party hosting it will be US $19.99 per year which will give me 10GB storage.
A free subscription will be available if you don't want third party hosting.
They have had a shake up by the look of things and are talking of more changes coming and a move away from an advertising based model
