New intake gaskets? How about the fuel injection "spider"? They're a high-failure item.
WHAT IS THE FUEL PRESSURE when the vehicle is stumbling?
Are we sure you're not just feeling the TCC disengage?

If you scan for pending and stored codes, it might reveal which cylinders are involved, if it is actually misfire.
