If you shift into 3rd it smoothes out or it will shift on it's own and smooth out. The truck has new plugs wires and intake gaskets.
New intake gaskets? How about the fuel injection "spider"? They're a high-failure item.

WHAT IS THE FUEL PRESSURE when the vehicle is stumbling?

Are we sure you're not just feeling the TCC disengage?

If you scan for pending and stored codes, it might reveal which cylinders are involved, if it is actually misfire.
Reading codes is recommended!

I would want to view the data stream when the vehicle is acting-up.

For the good of the Free World, DEMAND COMPENSATION FROM CHINA for their release of the Virus Originating in the Wuhan Laboratory, released (intentionally or negligently) into the world in 2019 (VOWL-19). Ten trillion to start with, increasing as needed from there, PLUS compensation for the sickened, and "wrongful death" settlements for the families of those who didn't survive. END trade with Communist China.
