I have a 98 1500 Silverado with a 5.7 and 115,000 miles. The truck runs good but with the cruise set on 60mph as you start up a slight incline the engine stumbles slightly. If you shift into 3rd it smoothes out or it will shift on it's own and smooth out. The truck has new plugs wires and intake gaskets.
