96 Accord LX, F22B2 engine, balance shaft gear case oil seal
I'm looking for this hard to find oil seal that goes inside the balance shaft gear case for this engine. I've been searching the web and making phone calls for hours. So far no one has any idea where to find this seal.

I even called two separate Timkens suppliers.
I desperately need this shaft seal, but I can't find it anywhere.
I measured the seal. All of the details are in the pictures, including where it goes and what car / engine it is from.
I'm hoping that someone can help me track this thing down.
However, if that fails I am open to old school fixes.
Can I maybe pack the old seal with vasoline or something like that?
Rope gasket?
Make my own seal?
recondition the old one?
