I have a 95 Eagle Summit DL. I just replaced the cat coverter due to an exhaust leak. The vehicles check engine light has come on. I know that the vehicle is running rich. I want to know if there is a way I can retrieve the codes from the car without having to purchase an OBD reader or scanner.
