actually to be honest with u since u said u have a dsm, i had a couple my self. a 1g and a 2g. i gota say iam a little dissapointed to hear that from a dsm,r but anyway. i have an 04 sti and yes my car was topping out at 125 mph! after the fcd well lets just say it was quicker. iam not trying to argue with u but u scholdnt say that fuel cut has nothing to do with top speed cause it does buddy! gnx u ever heard of that car? buick ? speed is limited bye fuel cut as well. actually alot of cars are limited bye it,but since i dont have time to argue this point with u check for yourself a little bit. take care
