It came out the usual way. When I put the bolt back in it threads all the way back in against the tensioner but will not tighten. The belt is running tight on the pulleys. Will this work itself back out and cause the belt to come off while I am driving?

I put the belt tensioner back on,got the belt back on. The only problem at all is that the bolt going back in holding the tensioner will not tighten back up tight. I even tried put the old bolt back in and it will not tighten up. What could cause this?

Get a special plastic edge tool for removing body trim so you don't scratch things up and pry off the panel, carefully.

Yup and there's rumors of those things going 8.30's in testing.
Check out their SS/B qualifying and Class Eliminations, at INDY last year.

I also have a 95 Cutless Supreme. It's a 2 door. Anyway mine reveded up real high and it turned out to be a computer problem. It costs about $100 at the time which was about 6 years ago. I also have a problem with my check engine light. The mechanic said he even took off the EGR valve and the car kept running. Which it should not do. These Olds tend to have a intake maniford gasket problem when they get older. Mine is leaking oil. All and all the car is starting to show old age but I still love it. Anyone know where I can get a new beige glove compartment or at least a new handle for it? I have serched everywhere.
