01 takes spells of idling high

My van has recently took 2 spells of idling high. It starts while driving. I would pull up to a stop sign or something and would notice it would want to pull. When I would place it in park it would idle up to around 3000 rpms. once turning the van off and starting back it would be fine. I am curious as to what this may be. Also yesterday it took a spell of mising or something. I noticed it missing and looked at the tach and iot was jumping up and down. It did this for a few seconds and quit. Then later on it started again. I was able to pull off the road when it started and it died on me. I tried to start it back and could not get it started. Waited for a couple of minutes and tried again and it started fine. Any thoghts or suggetions on this? I am thinking it may be water in the fuel but I am not quite for sure on that. Thanks for the help.

Hi there. I was wondering if anyone has had a problem with there windows steaming up excessively inside. I thought it might have been a heater core problem so I put in some stop leak but that didn't work, I have tried anti fog treatments on the inside windows and that hasn't worked. Does anyone have any other suggestions. Thanks

I have a 2000 *Silhouette and after there is a huge rain fall (today 2-3) I am having a lot of water entering the van around the blower fan area. I looked in the glove compartment and the filters in behind are wet. What is going on here? Could it be leaking in the area above the engine, but right below the windshield where the outside air can come in? Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!*

"Low Traction" Light

Low Traction Light will come on when barely moving, taking off and stopping. Also, when turning the steering wheel at idle speeds, it feels like the breaks are being applied for a moment.

Also, ABS and TC lights have been coming on and staying on occasionally.

Vehicle has 200,000 on it. Pass side hub replaced 6-8 months ago.

Replaced drive side hub last night and still have the problem in first paragraph however ABS and TC lights are no longer appearing.

ideas?

The feuel guage floats up to full when it is empty. Is there a float in the fuel tank that needs replaced? Is there something else to look at replacing?
