Auto to 5-Spd swap, Speedometer no longer works? HELP!

We just got done turning my auto into manual, the car runs perfectly fine and shifts into gear smoothly. The only problem is the Speedometer isn't working anymore.

Thought the speed sensor might have been bad, so we replaced it with a new one and it still doesn't work. I'm going over the wiring for the Speed sensor right now to see if something is cut or not connected, but I really have no idea why its not working.

Anyone know why this would happen?

fuel pump not working...

so heres my problem...

i recently changed the fuel injector on my 91 gsx with evo 9's injector.
they are rated at 550 cc vs my stock 450 cc.

with just the injector installed, the car ran well. But when i switch out the fuel pump with the evos (190 lph) the gas seem to be cut off at about 5000 rpm, so my car just halts or seem like it looses all power. I though maybe the evo fuel pump was broken so i ordered a brand new walboro 255lph pump.

before it arrived, i tried swtiching the fuel pump from my 3000 gt (180lph) and since the two car share the same old gen. fuel pump it was a perfect fit... again it had no power at 4500 rpm... just before the 16g turbo kicks in.

now the new pump arrives... installed it, same thing. reach 4500-5000 rpm and the engines seems like it lacks gas. I decided to install the new
pump in my 3000 gt and it works perfect.

so what is wrong with my car? is it the evo 9 injectors? i mean they are like brand new (less than 1000 miles) or do i have to boost the psi before installing the fuel pump. My stock fuel pump is 100lph. I'm at a lost.
any help would be much appreciated . thanks.

Super-AFC II in 97 GSX

I am trying to hook up this S-AFC II into a friends 97 GSX, but I am a little lost.
I got the RED (power), BROWN (ground 1) and BLACK (ground 2), the GRAY (throttle), PINK output and ORANGE input (Airflow) wires connected.

I am having problems with the GREEN (rpm) wire - the manual says it should be connected to PIN 8 (in the 12-pin connector) - well that pin doesn't exist, it is just an empty slot.
The PURPLE (knock), it is also suppose to be connected to PIN 8 (in the 22-pin connector) and it is just an empty slot as well.

High Idle

Ok so, as the title states, i have a high idling issue.. however, its only when its cold. When i start the engine from a cold start it begins running at normal rpm(1500 on start-up) for a few seconds, then the idle jolts to 3,000rpm and remains there until the engine reaches operating temperature, once the engine is warm, the idle adjusts itself down to a normal steady state. Ive tested the coolant temp sensor, its good, same with the ISC. Its quite annoyting and very embarrassing...if anyone might have any ideas as to what could be causing this i would appreciate it.
                                                                   Thanks, Sean
