I own a 2003 HCH with a manual trans.
I assume all HCH have the climate control System.
The heating system has some issues that can't possibly be normal.I bought this car used and this is my first real winter (http://www.cleanmpg.com/forums/#) in it.
First issue; When car is ice cold and fan set to "AUTO" it will blow out ice cold air at full speed (http://www.cleanmpg.com/forums/#). I have to assume there should be a sensor telling it that the coolant is cold? Very uncomfortable...
Issue 2; Once up to operating temps the system will continue to blow HOT air until it's like a sauna before it turns itself down. I have to turn the temp knob all the way down before it is bearable, if you turn it up again even just a few degrees it becomes a sauna again
I just can't believe it's working correctly.
Anyone have any ideas as to what is malfunctioning?
I'd prefer to not pay $105/hr for diagnosis fees
Thanks in advance.

92 accord lx

automatic

first post here so please be gentle. someone gave me this car because they couldn't get it to run... it has been to 3 local shops has had 2 ecu's 1 tcu. new ect sensor new ho2 sensor i did ohm them out even though new... i checked the ait sensor was in spec. fuel pressure is good, there is a injector pulse and a very strong spark....the car will start everyday and run for about 15 minutes before the cylinders get so soaked with gas it just won't run... i know it has a brand new main relay and fuel pressure never goes away... what on earth can cause this condition....the cel light is on always there is no led light in the computer unless its under the cover thats wrapped in warentys viod if removed. d4 light doesn't go out and if i jump the test port on the passenger side nothing changes. trying to think of everything i've done... fuel regulator is good... i thought injectors but its hard for me to imagine all 4 going bad at the same time. if you have any thoughs please let me know... tlorentz66@comcast.net (know...tlorentz66@comcast.net) if i forgot to mention something let me know i'll get right on it.

thanks terry :banghead:

2005 Honda accord LX

For some reason all the windows except the drivers one will not open.

If the window lock is on and I try to put down the other windows from the drivers side I will hear a clicking sound on whatever door I try to open.

If the windows lock is turned on, there is no clicking sound when I try to put down the windows.

If I attempt to put the windows down sitting next to the other doors they will not open and there is no clicking sound.

I assume this is a blown fuse or something?

Just looking for advice on what to do maybe theres an easy fix?
