Hi everyone,

I'm trying to find pictures of one of the older BMW prototypes. The one inspired of a motorcycle sidecar.
I remember reading about it in a magazine years ago, sadly I don't remember it's name and so I couldn't find any images with it.

If anyone can help, I'll really appreciate it.

Could you be more specific, there were few concepts (is it car or bike, open or closed?), personally I love this one.

Hi Sasa, it's a car, sorry for the omission.
It's looks are inspired from that of a bike with a sidecar, with the left hand side being longer and having the BMW "kidney" intakes and the badge on this same side.

Anyone got any other pictures of this?
I tried to google for it but I don't have it's name and in the magazine they only state it was a project by Tilo Klumpp from the Pforzheim Fachhochschule.

Any help is apreciated.

I changed the link a bit, it should work now.

I saw it first time in '94 when it was created, but I wasn't that much interested.
Now I try to find other pictures and it's like mission impossible!:eek7:

Yeah, probably not very easy to find pictures of this one:-) As far as i remember it was the winner of a student's design contest and as the prize BMW built it 1:1.
If you absolutely need some more pictures i can try and ask the designer. He can probably help :-)

Hi, thanks for your kind offer. I'm not yet sure if this will ever become a real project, and I don't want to complicate anyone's life just for the sake of it.

If it is something that can be easily done than I would be happy to have some pictures of this proto. If however it is complicated and means lots of lost time for you or anyone else then I'd rather give up on it, at least for now.
